Tai Chi combines slow graceful movements, meditation, and breathing that can be practiced by individuals of almost any age or fitness level. Tai Chi can be practiced standing or in a chair. Regular practice can help reduce stress, increase stamina, establish balance, improve sleep, and bring a sense of peace and harmony. Weekly classes are available.
