R.E.N.E.W. 180 is a comprehensive lifestyle improvement program designed to meet the needs of cancer survivors after they have completed the initial phase of their therapy. This program provides practical and accurate information about nutrition and exercise for cancer risk reduction.

R.E.N.E.W., which stands for Recovery with Exercise, Nutrition, Education & Weight management, is offered through Moffitt's Department of Nutrition and Integrative Medicine Program.

The program was established with these goals in mind - education, practice and the support to make changes towards a healthy lifestyle.

Our staff provides up to date information about the best lifestyle practices to reduce risk and offers guidance and training to make necessary behavior changes to put the recommendations into action.

The entire program consists of 12 group sessions and three individual consultations over the course of 12 weeks. The group sessions are led by a team of Registered Dietitians, Licensed Physical Therapist and a Licensed Psychologist. These sessions are designed to be fun, interactive and motivating with a positive approach toward a healthy lifestyle.

If you are a cancer survivor, R.E.N.E.W. 180 can help you take the "next step" in your life. Call 813-745-6889 or click below to register.
