Massage therapy for cancer patients can help improve the quality of patient's relaxation, sleep, and relief from pain, anxiety, fatigue and nausea. This service is available to hospitalized patients at NO CHARGE but must be ordered by your doctor. Massages are also available for outpaitents and their family members, cancer patients from the community, USF Faculty and Moffitt employees. Each massage session lasts between 30 to 60-minutes, depending on the length of time scheduled on a fee-for-service basis. Massages are provided by licensed massage therapists who are trained in providing massage safely to individuals during or after medical treatment for cancer.
