Fruits

  • Watermelon and pink grapefruit -- are high in lycopene which can reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

 

  • Red raspberries, cherries, strawberries and cranberries -- all contain anthocyanins which can reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease, as well as helping to control high blood pressure.

 

  • Mangos, apricots and peaches -- these contain high levels of beta-carotene which helps to reduce risk of cancer and heart disease and maintenance of good vision.
