Brian M. Rivers, PhD, MPH
Dr. Rivers currently serves as Assistant Research Faculty Member in the Department of Health Outcomes & Behavior, Division of Population Sciences, and Associate Director for Moffitt Diversity at Moffitt Cancer Center. He also is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Oncologic Sciences, University of South Florida College of Medicine. For the past 10 years, Dr. Rivers has been immersed in cancer control and prevention research, with a focus on prostate cancer disparities.
Dr. Rivers received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Vanderbilt University, Master of Public Health in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Morehouse School of Medicine, and Doctorate of Philosophy in Health Behavior from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Public Health.
