| The 8th-grade art class of Michelle Sawyer at Sacred Heart Academy in Tampa created a painting to raise awareness of the importance of screening during National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month in March. |  |

The painting is an inspirational message of hope written by each student inside the letters H-O-P-E; it will be displayed in Moffitt Cancer Center's GI Clinic. The students presented the artwork to Moffitt staff members, and GI Clinic Manager Yasmin Sterling spoke with the eighth-grade science class about colorectal cancer prevention and screening. |
